Delete me

SkillAid stores minimal data about users. When signing up you however need to provide a mobile phone or an email address.

You can opt in to register your name (first name, last name).

We use an internal, autogenerated ID to track skill, study and course progression.

After you delete your user all that we store is this autogenerated ID with data required for documentation, compliance, accounting and course statistics. We have no links to your identity.

Self-delete your user (In App)

  1. Select Menu (bottom right)

  2. Click User profile (top menu item)

  3. Click Delete account (button at the bottom)

Manual deletion request

Send us a request and we’ll remove your user manually.

What we delete:

  • Account profile data associated with your email/phone

  • App-related personal data stored on our systems (name)

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
